ART RESIDENCIES
At each institution created large-scale mosaic installation. Taught students, ages 4-16, mosaic and tile-making techniques.
2012-13    Bache-Martin School, Philadelphia, PA. PA Council on Arts TAP artist. Collaborated with 8th grade Language Arts teacher.
2012    Stetson Middle School, West Chester, PA. Fabricated large school logo for front of school.
2012    Media Elementary School, Media, PA. Translated international fabric designs to clay tile.
2011-2012    Glenwood Elementary School, Media, PA. Illustrated school name in exterior clay tile and stained glass.
2011    Indian Lane Elementary School, Media, PA. Guided making of seven exterior panels representing local historic sites.
2011    Bridgeport Elementary School, Bridgeport, PA. Expressed environmental theme with clay animals in a landscape.
2011    Erdenheim Elementary School, Glenside, PA. Led students tiling small green footprints in large swirls.
2011    Tinicum Elementary School, Essington, PA. Facilitated 8th graders mosaicking  “School is Cool” in stained glass.

2011    Candlebrook Elementary School, King of Prussia, PA.  With art teacher made wall-size tile Tree of Life inspired by Klimt.
2011    Glenwood Elementary, Media, PA.  Celebrated connection across race through wall panel “Making a World of Difference.”
2010    Media Elementary School, Media, PA. Formed medieval style stained glass surround for main entrance.
2010    Summer Spree, Community Art Center, Wallingford, PA. Made flying dragon with children and teens.
2010    Indian Lane Elementary School, Media, PA. Mosaiced exterior bench sides. Hand tiles form bird wings.

2010    Rose Tree Day School, Media, PA. Enlivened dank entry with swirl using student made glass gem circles.
2009    Nether Providence Elementary School, Wallingford, PA. Illustrated character education curriculum.
2009    Indian Lane Elementary School, Media, PA. Promoted environmental care through bas-relief tree.
2008    Summer Spree, Community Art Center, Wallingford, PA. Showed native plants using recycled glass.

2007    Assistant Director, Lynn Denton’s Vision Quest mosaic, Mural Arts Program, Philadelphia, PA.
2006-2007    Media Mosaic Project Coordinator, Media, PA. Designed Handle with Care exterior wall mosaic. Coordinated public workshop resulting in over 300 hand tiles by residents 8 months to 82 years. Collaborated with dozens of volunteers.
2005    Assistant Director, Peace Garden Mosaic, Arts and Spirituality Center, Philadelphia, PA.
2004   Al Aqsa School, Philadelphia, PA. Honored Islam through felted quilt. Partnered with fiber artist.
1992    International Classroom, University of Pennsylvania Museum of Anthropology and Archaeology, Philadelphia, PA. Created textile mosaic world map.

2007-2010    Heron Crest Studios, Inc., Aston, PA. Co-founded a group of twelve artist studios in old mill and incorporated the business.
2004-2008    Media Arts Council, Media, PA. Founding board member, Vice President, Program Director, Treasurer. Facilitated board development and initiated strategic planning process. Created Council’s first work of public art.
